The YES-EXECOM meeting brought together 100 Young Spanish and European entrepreneurs and was an opportunity to discuss barriers and difficulties faced by young entrepreneurs all over Europe and their solutions to overcome them using talent and motivation.Great challenges for entrepreneurs and for companies, building a strong and competitive team was a theme discussed by Jorge Valdano, who made the comparison with a football team, full of talent and strong Egos. Jorge Valdano, famous Argentina’s former football player, winner of the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico with Argentina, and sporting director and coach of the Real de Madrid (Spain), shared with Young entrepreneurs his straight analysis of success factors to build a winning team and allow talent to flourish and expand.
